Clean phone!!

Well it is a done deal, I ruined my phone. My precious cell phone. It is dead.

I had it in my pocket when we were running errands and then as I mowed the lawn and turned the water on the yard. Oh, no, that didn't ruin it. It gets better.

Our house needs painting, and we went to pick out a new paint color for the house. We are going with blue. Well, after we got done with stuff around the house, I decided to try the new colors out on the house. So, I got out the primer and started on one wall of the shed. Well, I got paint on my pants, and was told by my wonderful husband that I needed to get them in the wash immediately before the paint set. So, I ran into the house, started the washer, and threw my pants in real quick...you guessed it...with cell phone still in pocket.

Cell phones do not do well in the washing machine. They get really clean, but they become useless really fast when they get immersed in soapy water for approx 20 min. Surprisingly enough, my SD card that was in the phone survived just fine.

I have lost all my phone numbers and contacts that were in my cell phone, and any cool text messages and stuff too. I am so bummed.

So, if you have tried to call me or text me recently, and I have ignored you, that is the reason. I hope to have it replaced soon.
